While visiting the area, we found this place on a whim. We were not disappointed and would highly recommend. The food was amazing and the staff was very professional. We had the brussels sprouts appetizer, Kobe Burger, quinoa salad with steak, and the shrimp & grits. All the dishes were perfect with generous portions. You will not be disappointed going here. Give it a try!

Went here on a double date and had a pretty good experience overall. The restaurant was clean and smelled great, but it was surprisingly dark inside — even though it was still sunny out, the lighting felt a bit too dim for our taste. The food was excellent and tasted super fresh, which almost made up for the higher prices. Drinks were definitely on the expensive side compared to nearby spots. That said, the service was friendly and attentive. If you're okay with paying a little more for great quality food, it's worth checking out.

Had to write a review because of the incredible burger experience I had tonight. Staff was really welcoming and accommodating, we had a big table, it was pretty busy- I wasn’t expecting more than a mediocre burger- blew my wildest dreams out of the water. Just gotta rave about it- it’s Kobe beef, they did bacon with white cheddar and arugula- I order medium and expect a dry jerky patty with way too crispy bacon, wilted arugula. Holy smokes it was cooked all the way through, but still tender and not dry. I don’t want to say the word moist but I’ll use it now. The bun (wow.) holds together THROUGH THE WHOLE BURGER- that’s not only a good bun but they seared it perfectly (gotta be butter???) holy Toledo. Garlic aoli- I hate mayonnaise. It didn’t taste like mayonnaise!!! So garlicky, perfectly salted and peppered, hint of maybe fresh squeezed lemon? Sheesh. Arugula- fresh. Think they tossed it in something. Unreal. The bacon- I don’t like bacon on my burgers, cause it’s usually tougher than the burger meat and that gets in the way of burger eating, can sometimes scrape the top of my wil mouth. This bacon was tender. Didn’t interfere with the burger at all. In conclusion, incredible ingredients don’t always mean an incredible burger when you’re busy. They have to be carefully put together, and this burger was one of the best I’ve ever had, definitely in years.

We always love coming here! I ordered the mojito, which was super refreshing, and the BBQ chicken bowl-both were absolutely delicious and satisfying. My daughter had the kids pizza and enjoyed every bite. Great flavors, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere every time. Highly recommend!

Incredible food! There was a large selection of vegetarian options, and the food was excellent. They did a really great job making creative dishes that felt elevated but approachable. I highly recommend the beet salad and the Provincial sandwich! The staff was attentive and friendly and our food came out quickly.

I ate dinner here and thought that it was wonderful. The Ginger mocktail was perfectly gingery and not sweet. The Mediterranean Bowl with grilled organic tofu had fabulous flavors. I also got a chocolate pot de crème for dessert, and it was wonderful. Service was friendly and efficient. If I lived in Fort Collins, I would come here all the time. I live in Boulder, so I'm not lacking for restaurant choices but I was really impressed and a bit jealous that I couldn't find something like this closer to home.

We absolutely love 415! My husband and I always split the Beat Bowl and When Pigs Fly - it is the best combo. Everything on the menu is fresh and fabulous including their drinks. This is definitely a hidden gem in FoCo and we tell everyone we can think of about this spot. We wish 415 great success and hope you’ll eat here too. The best! (And fantastic service every time of course)
